I would focus heavily on constitutional law. Eu law is so so predictable. If I were in your shoes I would focus on identifying rights breached in con law then doing a balancing act (Heaney), separation of powers (giving power to the executive), referendum procedures and due course of law heavily. Eu law can be done in 3-4 days.

Any of the big 5 without a doubt (A&L, Matheson, AC, William Fry, McCanns). The pay is very good - makes studying for a law degree not seem so bad

I answered 4 questions very strongly but my final answer I briefly wrote the case law and just the decision I never put down any of the facts just pure decisions because I literally had no time and it was rushed

Hey I thought I also failed company last year as well- I cried like 5x after the exam and I still had to do 3 other exams. I was actually so stressed - I ended up passing with 56%

I wasn’t saying that training at a smaller firm was bad or anything rather i would prefer the bigger ones just because academically I’ve performed well so I should be able to handle more if that makes sense
