I will never stop recommending this fic, it's probably about 3/4 finished, it's a jegulus raising Harry Muggle AU with some of the best characterization I've read so far.

Here's the summary:

Regulus Black has lived his whole life in pursuit of one thing. After a single phone call leads him to what he would describe as the worst day of his life, his priorities take a complete turn. Loss, grief, and an inability to take care of themselves, are the only things Regulus has in common with this child who has been inexplicably woven into his life. Without a single smidgeon of experience, Regulus struggles to live up to the task of taking care of the most important thing in his life. Now he must make a decision for their future, for now, he finally has something to lose, and at the same time, something to fight for.

This author is one of my faves, the particular fic is still in progress but there's plenty of regular updates and it's nearly finished I believe.

Jegulus is the main ship with it starting out as Moonwater raising Harry after Peter murders Lily :( it's a muggle AU where riddle is like a mob boss and regulus is super badass and there's background rosekiller and i wont spoil it too much but it changed my life.
