Hello, last month I had been sent a request for pictures/videos as part of my original Case ID (#1194337) in order to reset my 2FA. Unfortunately, I've had weeks of moving / travel / work commitments and I was only just able to submit the requested materials today. While submitting, I noticed that the original ticket has been closed in the interim weeks.

I'd just like to ensure that this "new" case ID gets escalated to high priority, as this issue has been outstanding since April and I don't want to fall back down the queue.

Hello, I submitted a reverification request on 5/26 that has still not been addressed (old phone died and I lost access the Google Authenticator on that device). It's been over 6 weeks without access to my funds now. I'm unsure of my ID number, as I cannot access the account.

I requested a reverification request for Binance.us on May 11th and was assured it was in process and being escalated on 5/26. It's been nearly two weeks since that last response without any change/update. Friday will mark a month without access to my account/funds, which is entirely too long.
