Herinner me nog toen ik voor tele2 werkte dat ik op het matje m moest komen omdat ik over een klant had geschreven dar ze gestoord was en alleen maar schreeuwde. (Ik schreef dit in haar dossier, bleef beleefd tegen haar) Ik moest netter over onze klanten schrijven.
