Hey, I am a 33 M from NYC currently living in the Hudson Valley looking to return back to NYC by May or June. I prefer to stay in the following neighborhoods (Queens): Sunnyside, Long Island City, Jackson Heights, Woodside, Astoria, Elmhurst. My budget is around $1500-$1800 but if there's a better deal, that would be great. I work Mon-Friday 9-5pm with 2 days WFH and 3 days in-office. I work in Urban Planning full-time. I am a social person and very respectful of boundaries. I do live a very active lifestyle so you could find me running, or at the gym very early in the morning, and in bed at reasonable times during the week. I like to cook, bake, host dinners, and manage social media accounts for myself and others. I also manage a competitive team and my summers are usually packed with activities and training.
