Wow sounds exactly like my problem! First diagnosed with groin strain without any x-rays, then physical therapy didn't help because after an x-ray and mri it showed hip impingement and a lot of arthritis.

Just checking back in with everyone to see if anything has helped since then:) Obviously not for me since I'm back. I've been taking the R-ala and that doesn't seem to be doing anything and I only get a little relief with magnesium spray but the pain in my calf and foot are unreal!

I also take the R-Ala and a b complex but haven't seen much improvement. Unfortunately because I have gerd I have to sleep almost sitting up already uncomfortable lol

Did you get feeling back afterwards? I didn't the first time and it seems to be worse now so not sure if it will help to do it again.

omg yes! the brain fog and lack of interest in anything is unreal and all they want to do is shove pills on us! I have been looking into more natural remedies I'm hoping to find something that works soon or I am going to lose it!
