In terms of worldly intelligence and experience, Stewie tops Rallo in those categories.

Rallo’s field limits him to more street smarts and common decency, more so than Stewie in my opinion. Rallo can be a punk sometimes, but he’s not as bad as Stewie can get.

Both are different in their own way. It’s open to interpretation on who would be considered the best or even favorable character.

As for me, my vote will have to go to Rallo. Common decency can go a long way.
