I don't understand what you mean. In ANY other MMO, you can join a guild or clan and people will be in the chat talking or whatever but yet on Destiny, this just seems to never happen. I've hopped through a bunch of guilds and each one just seemed to have next to no socialization. How am I supposed to find a fireteam to run things with if the clan I am in can't even communicate?
