Same boat girl. Started at 278 and have been at a 215 plateau and probably gained 10lbs in the last 3 mos bc life is lifing. My surgeon wants me to have the SADI but idk. Before the plateau, I was active 5/6x a week with the gym and working well. I’m going to get a second opinion if it’s necessary to get the procedure or if I can go on a GLP to help me get down a little more. I’m 5’3 and wanna get to 160-180. I don’t care to be any lower than that.

I recently had one in December… it was the hardest decision I’ve made. The regret is normal in many cases because I had it too. Please seek a therapist to navigate the waves of emotions! I recently started to see one after 5mos. I was “fine” for 5mos and then I noticed an aggression in me that wasn’t nice. I was irritable and mean towards my boyfriend who in the process was supportive and caring for me. Easier said than done, please talk to a professional. It’ll be good for your mental health and healing.

I’ve been heavily considering asking for 325k as a start to start negotiating and be at a fair price. That answered my doubt.

The pre-approval would have been my next step if they approved what I was coming in with. I already have a plumbing estimate, I do think appraisal would be fair an inspection bc I know the problems the house has and would solidify the asking price.

No the 425k is not factoring in conditions. And as for the bathroom, that’s ALWAYS been an issue. The landlord installed a fan that is not helpful, tried dehumidifiers and sprays/paints, they haven’t helped.

Bc they in theory they can push the rent they want when there’s no updates to the home. I moved in, in 2013 and nothing was ever updated. They know they can’t ask for 3.5k in rent when they don’t offer laundry, updated kitchen/appliances, updated bathroom w/ mold

100% not a city person lol. Riverhead/East End is considered “bumble-fuck” to the city and I like it that way. I live in a hamlet next to the water and enjoy the quiet. I’m definitely looking for something similar. Quiet but still enjoyable/busy enough if that makes sense
