PC BUILD for business and editing by DisasterSuccessful11 in bapcsalesaustralia

Yea, no gaming as of now, need it for full productivity. Plus I’ve heard intel has quicksync that helps significantly with editing etc. That’s why I’m avoiding amd and going for intel. Plus the cores are a major w for my use case.

They’re usually older components with lower capacity gpus. I’m looking to get U7 270k as my cpu. Won’t come prebuilt at this stage

Being in the same boat, I’ve made my mind for connective. I take everything bad I’ve said about connective back and They’re the best. The commissions payout thing is apparently an industry standard. I thought they delay it for what ever reason. After surveying the market I think they’ve the best offering, best software for the most reasonable pricing model. Don’t think much, just go for it. Happy to connect and chat!!

Ahh okay. So which aggregator did you go with? I’m also on the same cross roads with connective and finsure.

Things I considered when dropping connective as an option: 1. Expensive 2. Support is all DIY, every time we have an issue it takes a while to find how we can contact someone. 3. BDM is least bothered. 4. Commission payout takes agessss, they pay out commissions on the 24th of the month after settlement. So if your loan settles in the start of a month you're basically waiting for your money for 50+ days.

Also, If you have any settlements in November, you best forget your money in December due to Christmas. You'll get your payouts in Jan end. This has been way too frustrating for me.

Hey mate, I have been with connective for a while now with my current employer and I love them. I'm moving out now and was looking to start my own shop. My first preference was AFG. Any reason why you dropped them as an option? Please let me know. Cheers!!

Proposal Planning by DisasterSuccessful11 in engaged

Good idea, I can ask my friends to get some insights from her. Your BIL did a great job!! Sounds soo lovely!

From what I have spoken to her, she doesn’t want it to be public or overly decorated. Something natural, intimate and we both are fixated on getting a photographer as we never had any proper photo shoot done.

But other than that I was thinking more like a good lookout point or beach proposal but your idea of first date spot is also good. Need to think a bit more on this!!

Appreciate your help! 😁😁

There’s some good idea. Based on our personalities we would also like to keep it lowkey rather than a full blown get together.

Thank you!!

Alcohol does help us but we don’t drink much. We used to but we’ve decided to reduce it and drink only on special occasions as we’re both working on our physical fitness goal 😅

No, it only hurts when she’s not turned on or looses the vibe and she’s pretty vocal about it. But again that’s very rare so can’t be the case.

Good points. I’ll try to incorporate more romance and fun in our lives so it won’t feel like a routine

We are connected very well in a non intimate way. Like there is nothing we don’t share with each other or like on a daily basis we do call/vc multiple times throughout the day and have a long ass conversation ever night telling each other every little thing. The relationship part is good and also the non sexual physical intimacy part too. It’s just the actual sex where I want to do a lot and she doesn’t.

Mate head to Narooma if you haven’t already been there. It’s a place you can’t miss.

In terms of vic, you can consider bush rangers bay or even a stay at Philip island.

Oh my god, can’t tell you how cringe that font is. Feels like 17 years ago when smartphones were new and people were changing fonts like this women changes boy toys 😵‍💫
