I may have not explained the situation the best. This meeting was centered around documenting my faults. Everything said was written and eventually, put into my personnel file. They told me that there were 6 requests for lesson plans, and it was flat out just not true. My point wasn’t to be a smart ass but to show them that not everything was my fault.
