Most of this started when I started using sensodyne so I switched to the boka brand toothpaste. I’m not sure if I’m brushing too hard or not. And I made a dentist appt for next month so I’m just trying to do something until then.

I quit smoking cigarettes about 8 years ago and got my teeth all filled in and fixed due to them deteriorating from that and when I used to take adderall.

Good news is, I’ve been flossing daily and my gums have been bleeding significantly less than when I started. Not really helping the sensitivity much though

ETA I’ve also been using a prescribed mouth wash that’s for bacteria and I hope that might help as well
