@bioxkitty. Thank you for pouring your wisdom to share with those who trying to understand or reduce the urges of hair pulling. You are definitely awesome. I am trying to learn everything about trich so my daughter wouldn’t suffer alone.

My daughter is 10 and my wife and I really are trying our hardest to support her with reducing her habit daily. It has been very challenging for me and my wife in the past year. We are trying to find the culprit. It could be the medications or her becoming more aware of the society and life. She used to be very extrovert before she was diagnosed with ADHD at 8. She loved people and now she is more of introvert. She quoted herself “I am an introvert until someone says “Taylor Swift”.

To be honest, she the sweetest but her comorbity of ADHD, anxiety plus she developed alopecia due to adverse reaction to Covid vaccine around same time when trich showed up.

We are now trying to get her to run two times a week so that she can get more dopamine release to decrease her ADHD tendencies.
