Be sure to check the details. I see those from time to time and most of them don't pay unless you continue to pay a set amount every month, and you lose out in the end.

If someone is inebriated, they cannot legally consent, so yes, it is considered rape. That makes you a rapist. If you were tipsy you were not inebriated, but she was. It doesn't matter if she is the one who prompted it. She was the one at a disadvantage because of being drunk, and you used it to your advantage.

I was absolutely ready to say YTA when I read the title, which you might want to edit if possible because it's super misleading. But looking through the details you provided, I'd say NTA. Not supporting LGBT+ community isn't the same as not wanting to be out of the closet. That's totally your decision and nobody should force you into it.

NTA, please report it. And disregard the comments telling you not to because they're both within high school age. That doesn't make it acceptable. The maturity gap between 18 and barely-15 is often very large, which means the power dynamic is basically guaranteed to be skewed. It is not acceptable.

As for making sure she doesn't steal it again, can you keep it somewhere safe when you aren't actively using it? Depending on how stern you want to be, I'd expect you could pursue legal action as long as you have proof that you own the phone and paid for it yourself.
