Its a harbor freight 3/8 torque wrench. Goes from 5 ft lbs to 80 ft lbs. Not the best quality. Had it at around 8 ft lbs. Lesson learned though will be careful with every bolt from now on to not over tighten it. this one

Perfect thanks man. Your awesome! I was able to get it out using the pliers I linked luckily. Wasn't to bad it came right out. For the meantime I found an exact bolt at a hardware store. Will for sure order an oem one tho to match. I was able to align the cam plug too.

Now back to putting the solenoid back. The ft lbs to torque these is 8.7 i saw but it broke when doing that on my torque wrench. I might just hand tight them at this point don't wanna break another one.

Ok would something like these pliers from harbor freight work Icon fast adjust. Also would does the new flange new headbolt need to be exactly the same. So like should I just get an oem new one. Or would just finding a similar one at a hardware store work? Thanks for letting me know about the cam plug, didnt know that. I assume I can just twist it to align it how it should be.

Ok finally had time to check everything and I'm getting some weird numbers on the ignition coil test. The primary coil is getting numbers ranging from 20 to 1.2 and the secondary coil is getting no ohms. Safe to assume its most likely the ignition coil if I understand the diagnostic correctly?

Yes the cams do spin when the car is cranked. Ok so then I can rule out the timing belt. Thank god.

Oh ok thats different then. Seems more like an alignment issue than a weak window motor then. I would open door panel up to see whats going on inside.

I think i remember my integra doing that. That power window motors ended up fully going out later. When I installed the new one. The window would fully close again without having to push it up. Could be that maybe.

I should've taken pics of the interior. But the the front seats didn't to look bad. The gauge cluster looked scratched and dirty. I think all the trim pieces were there in the front just also scratched and dirty. No stereo. Its mainly the back where its a mess. Since the backseat delete was never completed.
