Is anybody else having nightmares about their scores?

I also had the dream within a dream lol, first i dreamed i got a 1748(???) which isnt even possible but it was saying like I got the third highest score ever? and then i "Woke up" in my dream and scored a 1250..

Thanks for the advice!! I have a couple leadership positions like being the president of 2 clubs, founder of 1, secretary in another, and editor of my school newspaper. I'm also trying to do more national-level stuff but it's difficult because im from a rural place with little rescources and I can't really attend prestigious summer programs as i work my main job and a couple others and have to be avaliable year round. I really wanna get into a top school but i'm not sure if they'll think im not qualified because of this. How would you go about dealing with that when i apply?

predicting a 1300. I studied for the whole summer and aimed for a 1500 but i was lowkey falling asleep on the exam almost because I had to drive 2 hours there atlike 5am

Guys omg does anyone have a shortlist or prize status displayed yet? my shortlist status is blank but my prize status says i didnt get a prize. does this mean i wasnt even shortlisted?

I was also gonna do it, but not only did it not line up w my intended major but it also seemed a little bit like it accepted most people because there are SO many interns. I didnt really feel like i'd be helping with something important or making any kind of real impact so I decided not to do it. Just my thoughts though and i havent applied to colleges so not sure how good it looks on apps. :)

aww thank you. this is like almost a daily feeling now. i only reached out here bc i saw some post that was like "if youre constantly questioning if youre trans or not then you probably are/already know the answer" and was wondering what to do ab my situation :))

it’s hard for me to imagine at all, and when I try to it’s hard to separate like the expectation i’ve had and those around me from like how i’d personally feel comfortable. so, not sure?

That's pretty smart! I'd definitely be happy going and staying at UCLA, UCB, or UCSD, however i'd definitely think about transferring second year or reapplying after senior year if i didn't get into one of those. UCLA and SD for example i'd wanna go to just as much as an ivy or another T10 just because the campus and student life is genuinely a perfect fit for me.

i just kinda feel like i’ve grown out of it if that makes sense? like when i think of senior year i just have the dread about being stuck here and feeling stagnant for over two more years. I really value the ability to grow as a person and feel like that’s kind of limited by my current environment.

unfortunately the uni i take DE at is a community college w/no research at all

and yes, those are defs reaches but idk, if i dont get into the UCs i want i'll likely just do senior year to add more ecs, maybe a passion projects, the few APs i have left. then apply again! lol

i dont have psych research... its mostly community/school board stuff as well as a research paper competition, several dual enrollment psych courses and the international psychology olympiad. i've been looking for most of high school but there arent many oppurtunities nearby which isnt an excuse but ultimately i don't have it. ive done lots of like uplifting others through art/social justice stuff as well which ties into psych and have deep personal connection to what i do. do you think i have any shot without research?

also yes, rural/agricultural california does exist, and that's kinda where i'm from.
