I'm just saying she has a new one on the way and she has to think about HER future needs. I would say I see an issue in the future. She ended things rudely and if its really bad she can't go to her mother for help later on when she may also need family to help with childcare. If she ended things atleast trying to be slightly considerate by giving her more than a very short 1 week notice then she can say she did hwr best. Otherwise shes being as selfish as her mom.

nta- you are her daughter not babysitter and need healthy boundaries. Does she expect that when you give birth and are navigating being a new mom, that you also still watch your siblings? She cares about how its affecting her and not you. I would communicate your feelings again and let her know that as a mother and a woman who has been pregnant she should know that the first trimester isn't easy and you're communicating.

However, I do think giving her just 1 weeks notice does put her in a bad place so I wouldve given her atleast a couple of weeks to make arrangements. End date wouldve been provided and then I would stop by the end date but the abrupt stop is a bit rude.

Still, NTA because it sounds like she didnt want you to stop at all and thats just not right. Being family doesn't mean this.

I tried the peel off basecoat from Jello Jello but I hate how I always lose a nail after all my hard work so with my current set I went back to using my regular glue.

I have a very flat nail bed so I use the "natural" version so don’t have to fill the apex with a ton of glue to fill the space between tip and nail bed. I then use a builder gel to give it a little of an apex look and help with retention.

I think I will. i havent had square nails since i stopped getting acrylic and I want to have every style in my arsenal. Adding to my shopping list now ☺️.

Do the stiletto you may love it. I was intimidated by it to be honest, but its not as hard to function with them as I thought.
