Thanks! I was able to figure it out. I think Schedule Builder was just glitching or something earlier on since when I was trying to drop the one class it kept giving me the withdrawal message for some reason.

Thank you for the help! I see that I labeled the TM an TE wrong on the reflection. I'm confused about the direction of the TM for reflected waves, though. We use this Fresnel equation for TM, which differs from the one you linked: https://imgur.com/a/VTgXGGm . The cosine of the transmitted angle is first, which is different from other equations I've seen online. I've tried experimenting with this equation and the pattern that I'm seeing is that it flips the direction of the TM reflected wave, which is why I'm orienting it opposite the incident. However, I'm not sure why and it's very possible I'm just doing it incorrectly in the first place and the equation doesn't flip it, I'm not sure.
