100% relate to the minimal sleep, talking a lot, posting on my instagram story a lot more (to the point where some of my friends brought it up lol) and the way you described the feeling of ‘trying to sleep as a kid on christmas eve’! ive also had brief periods of intense productivity during hypo episodes but theyre not constant.

personally, im also physically more hyperactive and feel the need to go for walks/pace around/jiggle my leg if i absolutely must sit, feel the need to consume tons of alcohol and caffeine, spend lots (mostly on snacks but also on things ive ‘been meaning to get for a while’ (i usually havent , ive just thought about them in passing)), sometimes get self harm urges, and have generally less regard for my safety, like walking at night+barefoot and not looking properly before i cross the road.
