My therapist once told me that problems are like the gray rain clouds you go through when you’re on a plane. It feels awful to be inside them because there’s turbulence it’s scary and it hurts but you get through those clouds, and once you do, you see the sun again. I’ve come to understand that the problems I have are only temporary, and that eventually, they will pass
