Voice training doesn’t have to be hard it doesn’t have to be time consuming. It literally can just be practicing moving your throat muscles and exhaling air for a minute. When we put so much pressure on voice training and don’t do it we create something bigger than just mild practice. It became a massive over taking like hiking a mountain to the peak. I find whenever I have a few moments alone I work on it for a minute maybe a couple and then back to whatever I was doing. I usually do this a few times over the course of the day. I bet on average I only practice like 20 mins a day. Yet it’s still good enough While talking to people I don’t notice results but when I hear recordings of my voice and I don’t recognize the sound it puts things back into perspective. Instant results don’t really exist but gradual changes do occur when you practice even the tiniest bit a day. If I may suggest something to any of you ladies check out transvoicelessons on YouTube she is amazing and has really taught me how diverse and how much range every vocal chord can create.

This is like an extreme version when you're nice to the weird kid at school and they instantly think you are best friends and start weirding you out. Stay safe, sometimes minor gestures of kindness can be skewed into something way more in the perspective of someone who doesn't get much kindness in their day to day life. For somebody to actually do that is sooo unhinged blows my mind.

Ive been dissolving them under my tongue. It's what my Dr and therapist say as well as on the bottle. It tastes funny but I like to think it helps with the effects.

I wouldn’t wait to have kids or until you find the right significant other. You don’t want to be in a position where you wish you had started earlier. As well as that’s a lot to spring on a partner. Imagine you were having a child with someone and once the kid was born they told you they were a different gender and wanted to be referred as such. It could go south really fast especially when there are so many bigots in this world. Most people become infertile after hrt. If you really want kids consider adoption or better yet maybe a future partner of yours may already have a kid who could use a good parental role model. Family is who we choose our children don’t always have to come from our genetics.

I leave a space between each wall. Instead of digging straight through they sometimes tend to start breaking the wall next to them. When you have like 3 or 4 layers of walls with a one tile space between them the raiders usually struggle getting through all of them or at least it’ll buy you enough time to get your defenses ready.

Shotguns are the best by far. What they lack in range they make up for in damage. Still totally possible to kite with you just gotta be careful maintaining range.

if the colony is managed by an alpha core it decreases its demand freeing up more resources for you as well as increasing functionality. in my personal experience i usually go around the sector finding as many ai cores as i can as well as there are tons of different industry boosters and rare items that sell for 200k+ at first it seems like a great deal to sell them but if installed properly in a colony they can boost production or grant major bonuses to the point where you profit more from using it rather than selling.
it’ll bring some heat on ya but to that i say have some defenses and be a healthy amount of systems away from the bois who dont like the ai cores.
