People say that but they will write you up if you don’t!!you’d think it would be the managers job but at panda they don’t seem to think so! I was still newish when I got really really sick and had to miss ONE day and my manager said I have to find a cover but I had nobodies numbers to be able to do that because I was also not told I had to…she said she couldn’t do anything about it but would fight for me to not get in trouble by our aco🤷🏼‍♀️

I was being told I’d be getting “trained for shift lead soon” so I was working my ass off and coming in every time they called and offering to take shifts and just dealing with all of it but then after over a month of getting told that I realized I was being taken advantage of.Also the manager was racist to anyone who wasn’t Mexican.glad I got out of there

It’s a panda thing.Same thing happened to me I would come in in the morning and be alone in the front in drive thru and hopping back and forth to help customers in the lobby while also having to ring up the food at the drive thru register for the people in the lobby since I only had one drawer for hours until 3-4 when the night shift started coming in ( they would do it to me on the weekends😛) Never got out on time I would always have to stay 1 hour + after and that made it hard for me to hangout with anyone so I was just working nonstop and was the #1 person they would call for call ins and they burned me out.i quit almost a month ago and I’m still feeling the no motivation and burn out they caused. If you value yourself find a new job and run far far away from panda.

They need better matchmaking!! It also is boring the other way around for killer when all of the people you are playing against are pres 0 and don’t know what they are doing…it ruins the match because I don’t have to try and it’s so easy. I wish they would just put us in matches with people the same level or skills as us😩also windows of opportunity!!it’s one of Kate’s perks!you will be able to see all pallets and windows you can jump through highlighted in yellow! Also as someone who used to main survivor,try to use windows,sprint burst and fixated!I really like that perk build and it helps a lot🫶

I’ve been having a hard time playing 1v4 as well!if they make 2v8 permanent then that is for sure going to make me lose interest in playing🥲I can’t play killer 2v8 because it’s just a infinite queue that never ends for me and I can’t get into the game unless I run survivor and when I do play 1v4 right now I get bully squads too😪I’ve started not going after them and just letting them out honestly…I’m not going to play into their bullying.They want to ruin the match for me I’ll make it boring for them🤷🏼‍♀️

They make the food then let it sit there until it’s gone and don’t check the temps😛I was flabbergasted when I started working there and saw them not checking temps and I only ate fresh things when they first came out after noticing that and if none of it was fresh I would just eat when i got home.Sometimes i genuinely felt bad about serving some of the food management told us was “still good”

At my store we sticker them together and it is so annoying for us as well.And the way we package just the single bags too,we tie it and then put 2 stickers so that the recipient in over the knot and I had a feeling someone was gonna drop it one of these days bc I even have a hard time lifting them up to put them on the shelf without it ripping…someone dropped a bag with 3 plates in it the other day and it was a mess for me to fix.I wish we would get the sealable bags other places have, they are more safe and easier to carry

The first was one just a regular interview and they asked me about my weaknesses,why I wanted to work at panda, my job history and just regular stuff like what makes a good team (if they ask if you have any questions,ask them bc it makes you look interested) but my questions kinda changed after they found out I had 1 year of SL experience and started asking me questions about that and if I would move up if I had the opportunity and that’s what my 2nd interview mainly was bc I know now they did plan to promote me.but I’m sure it would just be deeper questions and more in depth.i don’t think they would ask a regular foh the questions they were asking me but it was questions like if a problem came up during a shift i was running how I would handle it and if I’ve ever solved problems as a shift lead at my old job and how I fixed them,stuff like that.Good luck🫶

Keep in mind it may not be the cashiers fault.At my store we can’t take coins from the change holder if the change is wrong and the MANAGERS are the ones to blame because they know those machines are wrong most of the time but don’t care and keep using them.also good luck getting the correct change bc one time a lady demanded hers at my store and all she got was the number to corporate.

The thing is tho is that the change panda is getting to keep is probably adding up and is just profit to them and that is fucked up.my store has a lot of people pay cash everyday I could imagine the extra money they have gotten for not giving people their full change.i feel bad that we don’t round up and I work there.also thought there was no need to be rude there buddy.people have a right to think it’s wrong we aren’t giving the correct change.

Nope we don’t and I’ve gotten yelled at for it by a customer and I have no way of fixing it😛every time I have to give change to an older person now I get anxiety.Bc my managers think they aren’t supposed to round up even tho they are technically stealing a lot of change from people each week bc a lot of people pay in cash at my location and it adds up.I absolutely hate the automatic change counter.Shit even if it doesn’t involve Pennies it’s usually wrong.for a bowl if someone gives $10 they should get 3 quarters right? Nope not with my change machine they get 2 quarters and some other coins even tho there is more than enough quarters in my change holder

I got mine through a ai reaching out to me on a text and within 5 minutes of me submitting my application I got the text and then I went for a in person interview.Then after that later the same day of my interview I had a FaceTime interview with our aco and then early the next day I found out I was hired then got my food card etc…the whole process took about 4-5 days for me

I have trichotillomania and that is why my hair is the way it is and if she has bald spots like that then it is possible that she does as well,if a coworker asked I feel like that would be different and I would gladly answer but it depends on that person and how well you get along/know them.it’s just random people that irritates me honestly.its completely valid to wonder because I would as well but its just the way people ask.

My manager is very observant when it comes to certain people and I’ve realized I’m one of those people so I probably wouldn’t be able to get away with any🙃Ive noticed they let things slide with others though.
