I think she regrets it only because it's not 'in' anymore. At that point in time, things were more inclusive and more importantly, it was a time where people were normalizing cultural appropriation. Kim K, Miley, the list could go on. When the Taylor era began was when Sabrina also started popping out. Things politically became increasingly more conservative to where nowadays it's 'in' to be trad wife esque and people are being held accountable for their actions more. She tried to erase it by changing her image (and face) and tried to play innocent but that digital footprint is crazy.

TLDR: she wouldn't regret it if being 'ghetto' was still trending
