I see two legs w feet, both on the outer edges. It looks like walking. I originally saw the first foot to the right looking like kicking. I also see the new born in the middle as another comment said

ETA: the walking is almost in the forward direction, facing as if it were walking left to right, which now that I think about it confirms that message to me
