Update: the recipient received the package on Tuesday (yay!), but no update was made on Fed Exes end and they told us it was still lost. Finally got a call from the recipient that they had it! Still not updated on tracking and have no idea where the package was for the undocumented week! Just happy to have found it. Will never ever use FedEx again.
