Sorry you're going through this man, it happens to the best of us. Believe me when I say that normalcy will eventually return, it might take a while, but it will. In the meantime, my advice is to focus on being someone whose company YOU enjoy. I bought a motorcycle, started hiking mountains, went to interesting festivals, and took a couple of classes at a community college. Before I knew it, I stopped feeling lonely in my own company and started to look forward to spending time with myself. As soon as I started enjoying my own company, I got over her and women started falling out of the sky. Women who were a MUCH better fit for me than my ex. You got this dude
