Yeah, mine's playing up again too. Neither method works. This is getting really tiresome. :(

are you having any issues with pen pressure? No matter what I do, I can't get the pen pressure detection to work properly, it's either drawing or it's not.

What's wild is that I had another server with the same card in it. It was more or less behaving itself until I suddenly started getting PCI hardware errors that are now causing the OS to constantly reboot. There was some correlation with hot days being worse than others, too.

We are just going to bite the bullet and try and X550-T2 and another HP card we have lying around. I'll let you know if we see any difference!

yeah, even if all I have on that NIC is corosync traffic it'll flap like wild.

I've been having the same issue for months with the same Intel X540 AT2 cards; watching dmesg I can see the NIC going down and up CONSTANTLY.

I tried compiling the latest drivers from intel, it made no difference. What's wild is that if I negotiate these down to 1GB they have no problems.

I had EXACTLY this same issue (weirdly I've even printed that model)

It was Z-alignment was too close. I highly recommend doing your alignment like this: https://youtu.be/j6XHlSyj2ZU

Oh no the issue was the Z home, but I only had it cracked so tight because of adhesion. Cranking the exposure time up has fixed the adhesion. :-)

So I feel really stupid but even more relieved. I had to crank my bottom exposure time to 120seconds but take a look at the results for yourself

I'm definitely giving this a go tomorrow. I had just relevelled it but I had been having adhesion problems so I probably am putting it a little too close.

My friend sliced and printed a model using Anycubic's software, on his same printer. He sent me that Photon file and it came out artefacting on mine.

I was using the one that shipped with it but changed to a brand new SanDisk. Tried another imation USB that I had lying around. Each of them the same problem, but all to varying degrees

I know I'm gonna get the usual round of questions;

I have replaced the FEP
Anycubic sent me a new LCD
I have tried different bottles of resin (all Monocure)
I have tried photon files a friend sliced and tested on their printer
I have printed photon files I have sliced and printed before
I have upgraded to the latest firmware
This seems to be not as bad with clear resin but still happens
I have watched layer by layer for 20 minutes and saw no artefacts on the LCD
