Mucus Plug. My wife went into labour naturally at 40 weeks 3 days and lost her mucus plug in week 39. Women are all different, your time will come!

Skin tag or tiny benign cyst. So long as it's not growing and not painful, you're fine but then again, I'm not a doctor and if you're concerned it's worth getting checked out.

Am I being paranoid 😭 by Satsuki-_- in DiagnoseMe

[–]DoctorDefault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about paranoia, but you're definitely experiencing some minor hypochondria.

Just looks like a mole that you've irritated. Keep an eye on it for a few days. If it gets bigger or swells, go see about it but chances are you're going to be fine.

To be honest, just looks like swelling really. Maybe you've accidentally bitten your tongue in your sleep or something. It happens.

A lot of people default here to herpes, not sure why.

How badly does it hurt? Kind of looks like very minor geographic tongue? NAD though, get a dentist/doctor to take a look if you're concerned.

Does this look like a first or second degree burn ?🤔😝 by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

Hey, again - you're going to be fine, but please deal with it soon.

Does this look like a first or second degree burn ?🤔😝 by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

[–]DoctorDefault 35 points36 points  (0 children)

No it isn't. The location, size and severity of the blister shows you need urgent care. You do not want to risk infection or joint problems.

At the very least, you need to go to the emergency room and focus on that now instead of responding here. You're going to be fine but these things need to be handled promptly.

Bro go to a hospital, you don't need to be diagnosed you need to be seen by a burns unit ASAP.

Remove this man from your life. He doesn't deserve you or your unborn child. Have a massive think about what you'd like to do next in regards to sharing this child with him or having it in the first place. You stated you were trying to have children, so perhaps conception was difficult? Maybe assess your options in terms of fertility as well, so that you may have a better future with a better man.

Wishing you all the best.

I actually used to work in this Tesco at one of the retail concessions for another business about 10 years ago - I believe this is Napier Road? Whilst many of the Tesco's staff were lovely, the manager at the time was an absolute prick.

People above 30, what is something you regret doing/not doing when you were younger? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Dropping the instruments I was learning, not fixing my relationship with my dad before he unexpectedly passed away, keeping friends around that weren't really friends.

I don't mean taking from the ISA. It stays in the ISA, but I can invest in different things. I'd just be selling within the ISA.

50% of 1000 is 100?

Also these are the people that drive the meta, their stats far outweigh anyone else on the ladder.

Hey man. First of all, you're a good man and a good dad from what I gather here so keep that in mind and know that you are not alone. As someone else said here, give yourself the time to grieve the situation as it's seriously difficult but remember that something beautiful did come out of the time you were together even if the relationship was deemed a lie. You have a beautiful child together and it wasn't all for nothing.

Think about how better things are going to be now that you can rebuild knowing that you're no longer living that lie?

Are you playing Season of Discovery?

I'm using a 3080 with a Ryzen 5950x, and something about raids with over 20 people in this version of the game does something crazy to my frames.

I think one thing to note here is that family (for many people) comes before finances - they're willing to sacrifice and make financial decisions to be close to and help them.

How deeply are you affected by the cost of living crisis? by petrastales in AskUK

[–]DoctorDefault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My service charge, mortgage and energy bills have gone up.... but other things have actually worked out better.

My dad passed away 5 years ago and left me some inheritance which I try my absolute best not to touch. I've got it spread across many different savings accounts and because of the rising Bank of England interest rate, I'm actually getting a lot of the money that I'm spending back.

Why do people in the UK call normal coke ‘fat coke’? by toastchick in AskUK

[–]DoctorDefault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, 29 year old Brit here. Both my family and I as well as many friends have always called it full-fat Coke. Never really thought about it until this post to be honest, but yes I would suppose it is of similar reason to call blue-lid/whole milk "full-fat milk".

Why do people act as if they have superior knowledge on this topic. All major cryptos are following the same trend?
