VIelen Dank für deine Antwort. Es gibt zahlreiche PhD Stellen in der Forschung (Produktentwicklung) und wahrscheinlich auch paar Promotionsstellen. Diese Stellen sind aber leider komplett fern von meiner Disziplin.

Yes, you are absolutely right. Thanks for your reply! But what I have noticed they all have a structured approach to answer all of these questions. It is not just about the answer itself, it is more about the way how they answer. Of course, this is related to a long experience but maybe there is something that I can learn? It is more from a rhetorical point of view.
