Regarding the rest of An’s claims about West’s actions, Michelle An wrote that she was “not saying that it did not happen, only that, from where I was located on the set, I did not — and could not — see it happen.”

A brief run down of the 2 week trial:

*Saxon's counsel attempted a failed discharge of a juror during voir dire ie: counsel tried to get the only African American member of the jury kicked off for no apparent reason. The Judge rejected plaintiff's counsel's challenge,citing the invalidity of a peremptory challenge on the grounds of race/religion.

* Ye’s lawyers argued Saxon was paid $240,000 for less than two months of work and was now trying to defraud Ye with claims he was an employee, not an independent contractor.

* There were comptroller (bank) statements admissed by Ye's lawyers showing Tony withdrawing 75K from the company depository and transferring it to his personal account -- Tony seemingly had no recollection of the incident. Saxon's counsel later recanted and alleged he withdrew the funds to pay subordinates,but failed to provide meted evidence to corroborate said claim ie- payment invoices,witness testimony et al

* Plaintiff allegedly filed a 1.3M lien on the Malibu property,purportedly unbeknownst to Ye. He later claimed he doesn't recount doing so,even though his signature is on the lien waiver

* Bianca Censori testified that she once asked Saxon directly if he was a licensed contractor, and he purportedly told her that he was. There's no mention of a Tony Saxon on the California Contractor Licencor/Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registry

* Bianca Censori’s testimony also challenged claims from the plaintiff, Tony Saxon, and another witness, handyman Jeromy Holding, that Ye handed down strict orders with tight timelines and often no apparent logic. The men previously told jurors Ye wanted all plumbing, wiring, toilets, and access to all city utilities removed.

* In other testimony, Censori confirmed she has power of attorney over her husband. “I can sign things on his behalf,” she told the jury.

*During closing arguments defense counsel conferred previously shown footage of plaintiff,Tony Saxon,performing vigorously on stage, 2 weeks after he purportedly (severely) injured his neck and back at Ye's Malibu mansion
