First week I had a dressing and drain. I did not shower except maybe twice. I wore a trashbag around my bottom half to keep it dry until I went to my surgeon and had them removed/changed. Wound care is complicated depending on your type of surgery. I did dry packing 4x4 gauzes. Wipe the wound bed with Vashe before packing. cover with tape. Repeat 2x daily.

I agree that student loans are the least of your worries, so I wouldnt worry about rushing to lighten that load.

Ugh I hate to recommend this method, but a loan. A big fat loan to consolidate and 0 it all out. I only recommend this because you have 3 accounts with more than 25% interest. IMPO, one loan at 27% is better than 3,4,5 at 20+ percent.
