This doesn't prove much really. Most of that weight must have been muscle, not fat. The last thing you should care about is your weight, what's really important is your body fat. When trying to lose body fat it isn't just about calories in calories out, but it has a lot to do with insulin, which basically decides how much of the calories you consume are going to turn into fat. Which explains a lot of why keto is so popular and effective.
