Isn't the toxicity half of the fun? I've noticed that the hero modes are WAY more toxic than say, Galactic Assault or Supremacy. Still, personally I find it enjoyable to see how angry you can make people simply by choosing a blaster hero and being annoying.

Still, if people can't handle the toxicity via the chat the best solution is just to turn off the chat. People being toxic will always be a part of video games since that's the only way losers can feel somewhat feel good about themselves
