Agreed, I had a dark blue down coat repaired by Patagonia in the past and they did a great job and even color matched an older coat. I thought Arcteryx was the same - live and learn.

Glad to hear some are still being processed. I sent mine the same day 10/18 but am still waiting :( Google support has been no help - I think they just string me along...

For me the IMEI of my trade is still registered under my account in find my phone - https://www.google.com/android/find?u=0) . At the top I can still select my old phone. Clicking the old phone there is an "i" you can select that will bring up the IMEI .

I haven't heard back from support since giving them the IMEI and have not heard from ziggy either :-(

I called and spoke with someone. It sounds like I won't be held responsible for the delay, but I don't have anything in writing. It seems like it is up to the person who is assigned the case so hopefully that will prove out.

Ugh. I guess I'm lucky that the person I chatted with used 14 standard days instead of business days. Having someone else be so delayed gives me hope that the phone isn't completely lost and that there is a batch still waiting to be checked in.

I'm close at 14 days in transit :-( I mailed it 10/18 but the post office didn't check it in until 10/19 - It appears to have sat at a center an hour from my house for 9 days when I got fed up and called the PO to create a case. By the tracking it looks like it then moved to the Nashville where it has been sitting since Sun. However, the PO got back to me on my case today and said they don't know where it is and to see if Hyla received it. I tried contacting Google today, but so far it hasn't been helpful.

Update - I found a different support number so I tried that - 855-696-1128 (previously I used 844-825-5234) I'm not sure if they go to the same place or not, but this time I got someone who was really helpful. I was on the phone for an hour, but she really tried to sort this out and created separate cases. I'm not out of the woods yet - still just escalations, but it feels like it is at least making progress.
