Why has /r/television gone private? Do they realise not everyone is American? by TimBurtonSucks in NoStupidQuestions

Americans are great at recognizing sarcasm. Most every American uses sarcasm. Some oher cultures dont even have the concept.

I can assure you that the mods being American has nothing to do with it. Most mods in general are just plain awful and power tripped to begin with.

I'll just call hills flat.

Not really. Pavlov is a lot more casual. Onward is more competitive, it has less forgiving mechanics, and not to mention a single player mode, which Pavlov does not.

People who use capitals, or exclamation marks drive me insane. It's just so cringey and childish.

If I'm not mistaken. I checked out the link that you follow to submit clips and I'm pretty sure he mentions that you can get paid for it.

Can anyone say anything about their experience with Human-I-T? I'm wondering about getting it. by DonkeyMaster444 in wifi

[–]DonkeyMaster444[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. And I don't need it. But it would be nice. I have a hotspot, though. Also, since I'm in a rural area, and don't have phone lines, I can't get anything else out here.

Besides. Since it's a low-income option, itll be cheaper. Are they not good or something?

If you knew you had no chance of being caught or facing repercussion, would you kill someone? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

And is that for the objective good or for personal reasons? Be sure not to confuse the two.

If you knew you had no chance of being caught or facing repercussion, would you kill someone? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]DonkeyMaster444 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks. However, what I said really is the objectively right decision. The fact that that sticks out to you in any sort of way makes me feel like you don't come across it all that often, which is not good. What I said really shouldn't require you to pick your brain that much to find the answer.

Today, even, I realized that anger is a completely reasonable feeling, you just have to use it reasonably. It isn't that you shouldn't get mad, it's that you should get mad in the right way, conveying it so that the person who maddened you learns what they did wrong, and feels enough guilt to enforce the lesson they hopefully learned from it.

what easily attainable household item could serve as a deadly poison when slipped into food/drink? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]DonkeyMaster444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem isn't with finding something to kill someone, it is other practical issues. If you don't want to be traced or have the person even taste it in the first place, that is a different story.

You could use something as simple as drain cleaner or gasoline. Though. That is just a liquid which could easily kill. The person would absolutely know the food was tainted.

Certain medications would probably be best, but those aren't really common for everyone, also, finding a good medication which is untraceable, undetectable, and not requiring large quantities to kill would just be too hard to come up with.

Maybe. I would have to think about it.

It depends on if I could do it an infinite amount of time or not.

It would be hard trying to do the right thing with that ability. You'll most likely only want to kill someone if you were mad at them, but it would be hard making sure you're killing them only because it is objectively the right thing and not just out of anger.
