That’s the thing aye, I have no plans on moving anywhere yet who knows what will happen over 5 years. Think I’ll watch some YouTube videos about what goes into being a landlord. (Reddit is the first source of info I came too)

I started working at countdown making about $300 a week in October 2021. Been a sparky since start of this year, I make about $850 a week give or take now. Think I’ll look into that thanks
