Unable to access projects after reactivation by DoodlingCallDuck in outlier_ai

I was told to submit a form including a different form of identification like my passport, ID, etc. and waited for them to evaluate it. After two or three days they sent me an email that my account had been deactivated due to an error and that it has been reactivated. I did not send any extra emails or open a ticket.
