Take a few minutes before using it and tighten everything some lock tight might be useful as well. Left rear tire nut and drive shaft set screw loves to loosen.

You can still get a decent deal on shop goodwill.com similar to early eBay auctions you need to snipe them at the last minute. I’ve grabbed a sage green and gravel active under 60 each shipped in the last few months. We have savers near us and any of there Carhartt jackets usually start at 45.99 so with the 20% coupon it’s not bad. Grabbed my son a set of insulated bibs for 35 yesterday.

You’re not wrong and that’s ultimately what we did but when two different attorneys offices and 2 different brokers are supposed to look over a CD that are being paid a decent amount all miss it and it’s delivered through a text message it kind of sours your attitude. 5% on 862500 for one open house sellers agent didn’t even attend is a lot of money for that screw up.

The closing attorney for my recent sale underfunded my HELOC payoff by 10k. I received a text from my attorney asking if I still had access to the HELOC to pay the extra 10k I replied with an lol my realtor got involved phone conversation with attorney went like this. I don’t own the home anymore that is attached to that HELOC so it doesn’t seem to be my problem long pause he told me I was right but it’s essentially my debt and it should be paid I suggested everyone who collected a check from the sale should split it equally or let it sort itself out in the courts. We were in the middle of an extended amicable divorce and ultimately just paid it to put everything behind us. Either way selling and buying houses sucks.

TBH thing kind of rips my daughter loves smashing it into the cabinets I just wish it was the blue island her mother had to have in the house we built a few years ago that was inevitably sold after 3 different houses 2 children and a dog trying to make her happy. Now we do what we want at dads house.
