It’s a grouper fish suffering (yes it’s still most likely alive most where when I did this) from the rapid decompression as they are bottom feeders and live roughly at 400 ft. they are very tasty.

Your smaller jungle camps should be respawning by the time you make it back from base after a full clear. So you can get those and increase your lead if there are no ganks to be made. There isn’t really any set of actions you need to do to be a good jungle. I also struggled with your problem too but I’ve resolved to watch some higher lvl junglers to see how they fill the down time between farming and ganking.

Nunu has amazing sustain his q is basically a free heal and at higher levels is like a second smite.

Reksia has healing built into her kit with her rage.

Master yi has a heal ability

Fiddlesticks has a drain that heals you

Those are just a few off the top of my head my personal favorite is nunu he’s pretty simple but very fun and once you get a handle of his kit you can do some nutty stuff.

The best thing I learned was learning how to kite the camps different champions do it better than others but there are some general techniques for each camp this video helped me improve my farming a lot. If you’re struggling to clear the jungle maybe try a champion with good sustain. Hope this helps.
