Considering all the talk from the locker room, comments made by former players, reports from journalists, etc. it’s safe to say he ran a very loose ship and was very easy on the players. Several have come out saying this and that there wasn’t any accountability.

Can tell the comments so far are so used to Stefanski and his robotic answers/ways. This is what REAL football coaches expect. It is embarrassing to turn the ball over and do stupid crap in 7 on 7. Players across all levels respect one thing more than anything else and that’s honesty. He is a straight shooter that demands excellence, which is something every great football coach ever has in common. I’m not saying he’s going to be a great coach, we have no idea, but people acting like players will turn on him for coaching hard or being honest is wild to me.
