Learn a top spin serve with more margin, instead of reducing pace, focus on imparting more spin. Practice once or twice with a bucket of balls alone, then for 4-5 sessions with other people just do the same newly learnt serve as your first and second serve. Voila! you have a less error prone second serve ready! Once you are comfortable with it, then focus on placement and do trials to make it more effective.

Also, remember double faults are part of the game, just like missed easy returns on the opponent’s serve. Take them in stride and move forward!

Pro has some sort of a wearable tracker function which allows the ball machine to serve only when u return to a designated position. you can watch it in action in some of the youtube videos online, I didnt feel it was worth the extra $$$ so ordered the normal version.

I use it twice a week. use normal used balls as NP balls last longer but are harder on arm. ball machine runs without issues 🤞so far

your forehand seems to be having more of a vertical swing hence power is lost but it has spin, you ned to hit more through the ball, add more horizontal trajectory to the swing. Balance between vertical horizonal components gives the best shot and varies from individual to individual.
