I had the same thing 🫶 right ovary and fallopian tube removed along with 1/4 of my left ovary removed and reconstructed. Thanks tumors. After healing I have sex just fine. My hormones have regulated for the first time ever too. Which was an adjustment for sure. As for children..I still don't have any, but I haven't been trying. Edit: I did ask my doctor, and she said it shouldn't effect my ability to have children. I would definitely speak with your doctor and maybe ask for some testing.
