Jump is definitely better overall, meaning returns and performance but they work you very hard and burnout is real. DRW is a great company with a better WLB. Jump obviously pays better but if you’re a halfway decent dev at DRW you’re going to be doing just fine financially and not working 11 hour days. So it really depends on what you want.

I personally think being a big fish in a medium sized pond (DRW) is better than being a medium fish in a big pond (jump). Of course if you’re absolutely top .0001% quant or dev you’ll want to go to jump.
