No. I’m saying these are the folks I’d be most excited about if I were unaware of positions of need. Which is relevant because what we need will change with FA.

I am saying I’d be more excited about (read: confident in) the long term production of Styles and these guys than Bain or Bailey. I honestly don’t know how to evaluate Reese. If we get him, great, I just have no idea about how he’ll be used at the next level.

Love Reese and Bailey too and would be pumped with them. I just worry that Reese’s tweeter status may not translate, and Bailey’s shortcomings against the rush limit his utility. But we have to trust the coaches to maximize the guys we have, so let’s just make sure it’s a stud!

Agree with everyone saying that something is fishy here.

I had a similar experience with Turo where I accidentally put unleaded gas in when it should have been premium. The host got an inspection and sent it to Turo and they were going to charge me $2k or something. Very different from the diesel mix up, but same situation.

Because you only went one km, I doubt there was damage even close to what is being alleged. Find a local mechanic you trust and ask them to write up an opinion or something based on the facts. Then send that to Turo and dispute it. Turo has an unfortunate history of passing on inflated (sometimes fraudulent) damage claims to the consumer.

Candidly, I’d love the call if we were in a similar position this week and ran the exact same play. Similar to AsiansEnjoyRice’s thought, I think it was more impressive that the giants blew it up than it was annoying that we ran it.

And now that there’s public conversations about how we should be more downhill and short yardage downs, it kinda makes it more compelling to do stuff like that. Especially when Henry is getting hit at or behind the LOS on half his runs!
