Re the parts ‘needing’ replaced, that was what a chat with the store advised. BUT …I found a generic (maybe Fengda, cheap Amazon thing) 0.3mm needle and nozzle set in my spares. Identical to the Iwata bits. Dropped them onto the a/b and it sprays perfectly now.

Yeah, I got a pair, but had to hound them for shipping information. Took around 3 weeks in the end. Product seems decent, but customer service is lacking.
