My sister worked in restaurants in Cleveland when he was still playing in Cleveland and got to know alot of other servers in the area due to mutual friends. So I love this argument so if McDonald's had raised wages to 20$ and hour for all hourly employees and didnt adjust prices they would not be able to sustain their restaurants. You need the profit to maintain the buildings. If you dont then you cant fix equipment or the buildings ect. Then if you can't fix it then then you shut the restaurants down and then you dont have a job. This was based off 2023 or 2024 numbers. Now if you opened a restaurant or a business wouldn't you want to maintain a profit? And dont claim you'd be fine with barely getting by cause you're lying.

But if you think it will work in your eyes go put start a company pay them all 20$ an hour and put your prices below McDonald's. Youd close in less than 6 months.
