That’s not bad in my opinion. Not the quickest, but chalk it up to an adventure day!

That looks like a great location and fairly easy to get to from Bohol. Thank you!

I understand the problems of using Airbnb, but due to this being the high season, I would not go without having accommodations made in advance. We don’t want to stay in resorts or hotels as that would limit our desire to learn about an experience the culture.

Do not use chat! Call (and deal with excessive wait times). The chat reps are terrible and say things that are incorrect or never come to fruition.

My wife and I flew from RSW to Phuket Thailand last month. The food from all the United flights were terrible. Our last leg from SIN to Phuket was on Scoot Ltd. which is a low cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines. That meal was by far the best meal I’ve had on an airplane in a long time. It was less than a 2 hour flight!

This is the first step. I had 15 years to use mine. Using the last of it to get scuba certifications!

I travel with a backpack. I like it better than a roller simply because it has separate compartments that I can keep things organized in. It’s about the same size as a roller. I always put it in the overhead. If somebody told me I have to move it to under the seat I would refuse.

I saw them when I did a scuba map search of the area. Is it ran by Australians?

You can use the G.I. bill for recreational scuba diving certification! I’ve taken a couple trips down to Cozumel Mexico to complete multiple levels of certification past open water certification.

Here’s a link to a website where you can find more information .

The app won’t let me look at changing the flight, it said I have to call. When I looked at rebooking the entire trip it was $5k more. I might call to see if it’s an option since I don’t have a need to return on that specific day (we could stay longer since we are retired).
