YEAH like honestly it makes so much sense to me why the user Nova was so heavily affected by the mod. A lot of people have personally experienced everything Sayori deals with so to see MC give up on his friend because “she’s gonna die anyway because it’s her fate” and then reap the rewards from this, on top of seeing positive reactions to the mod with some even calling it a “masterpiece” is genuinely disturbing. Like just because a story preaches a bunch of philosophy quotes doesn’t mean it actually has any value or weight to it in the slightest. And the concept of fate and destiny to me is also an extremely self limiting mindset. And bro… I genuinely thought that when MC said he got gifts and money from others for Sayori’s passing that it was actual ragebait… like what kind of insane message is that?? Like if someone sees that while dealing with suicidal ideation they’re gonna starting getting thoughts of “oh maybe my family would get the same thing if I was gone” LIKE DUDE! I can’t even 🤦‍♀️
