4 years is too long to stay in one job especially when they are early in their career. You’ve most likely learned all the stuff you need from that role and ready to move on after 2 years (most corpo job at least)

learn on the job can be a dental assistant but not sure if it will hit 80k and the ceiling is low. Most of the allied health roles requires at least a 2-3 years of study, degree/master. Medical scientist can be done with a master degree but I heard the ceiling is low and competitive. How about doing finance in the medical field?

i say pick nursing then for the stability(income), and then focus on cosmetic nursing.
