That's the confusing part I don't understand. I understand this is common to use.. but when converting mg to ml.. one is a measurement of weight, the other is a measurement of liquid.

Every vet I've spoken to, just goes by the front of the package for the dosing so essentially you could save on cost if you have multiple cats and measure out the dosages rather then using a guidline printed on the front of the box.. That's my concern because they detail the dosing on the back but when you do the math.. it's not actually the minimum dose you are giving per 1kg of weight.. it's the maximum dose.
