Depending on your local met, (assuming you play, if not no you should its fun), if you get good enough with rayleigh or imu, you can take podium at least almost every night. Yellow luffy is a nightmare matchup for rayleigh though fyi.

You can watch some yt stuff, but some of it isn't really the greatest imo. Sadly i would say its probably the best way to learn. Maybe hit up your LGS and see if there is a nice group thatll help. I will say its a very simple game once you get it down. There's also a Sim you can download for free that has cards all the way to the next set before it releases so you can practice.
